Clinics/Rallies/Ratings/Camp/Championship-Festival & Other Events

Members of Eno Triangle participate in a wide variety of local, regional and national mounted and unmounted activities sponsored by our club, the Carolina Region and the U.S. Pony Club.

Eno Triangle has an active instructional program. Each month throughout our season we provide both mounted and unmounted instruction. Our instructors come from a diverse pool of equine professionals who are veterinarians, farriers, riding clinicians and others.

During the summer we sponsor a summer camp. The camp usually runs for 5 days and is a great time filled with riding instruction and fun activities such as crafts and swimming for our members rated D-2 or higher wishing to attend.

The Carolina Region also schedules clinics, such as Horse Management Seminars, Standards and Ratings Clinics, Preps, etc. The region holds preparation clinics for upper level candidates each year as necessary.

Rallies are regional competitions that test participant's abilities and allow them to compete with other Pony Clubs in the Carolina Region. At these rallies, participants can also vie for the honor of representing the Carolina Region at the national competition.

National Championships sponsored by the United State Pony Club (USPC) brings together Pony Club members from east of the Mississippi to compete in Dressage, Eventing, Stadium Jumping, Mounted Games, Tetrathlon, Polocrosse and Quiz.

The USPC has Standards of Proficiency and all members are rated according to their individual competencies. All new members join as Unrated Members (UR) then through the rating process members can demonstrate their skills/knowledge as they progress through various skills levels (ratings).
